 Hi,
Last year, as a complete beginner to yoga I went on a one week Yoga/Surf camp to Baja with Milagro Retreats (www.milagroretreats.com). It was an amazing experience. I now have a strong basis with which to build my yoga practice and even improved my surfing. I highly recommend this retreat. Shani from Milagro prepares the most scrumptious organic tasty treats too!
