Mood  Hi Merry,

That's true blood pressure is becoming a majors cause of loss of life. As you said Blood pressure is caused by the stress, anxiety and depression the body undergoes. Yoga and meditation would help you manage your stress and anxiety levels to a great extent and help you lead a peaceful and focused life. there is no age for meditation and yoga so all should practice it to lead a healthy life.
